By evaluating the balance of supply and demand in the sector with precision and by following the conjecture closely we have managed to keep our investments on an ever growing keel, and taken confident steps to become a trade mark especially since the nineties.

Zipsan presents its products, which have been developed by the effective usage of resources and the participation of its personel, to its customers with the notion of constant development.
Zipsan Zipper owes the richness of choice of its products and to the high quality of its raw materials that are used and to its facilities which encompasses the necessary nanufacturing processes.
In our facilities, which have the potential of weaving 45.000.000 metres of zipper tape per annum, we can also produce zipper tape with special patterns in line with our custormers demands.
In accordance with the demands of our customers, after the completion of laboratory and colour processes the zipper tapes which are made of %100 polyester, are compared by the computer system to the 24.000 colour tones stored in our Colour Bank. The recepies produced are presented together with their samples for the comfirmation of colour. The individual records of our customers’ colours are seprately coded to be easily reproduced and to achieve maximum correspondence of the tones with speed in manufacturing.
The prepared colour assignments are tested not only against TSE and OKO-Tex 100 standarts but are also tested in accordance with environmental and human health conventions. They are controlled in line with national and international standards in light cabin.
Our products are dyed at high temperatures, with environmental and human health concerns in mind in HT high pressure tanks, at our facilities which have the potential of dyeing 1077 tones of tape per annum. The post dyeing waste is subjected to the necessary filtering and chemical processes.
After the dyeing process and colour confirmation, the zipper tapes are ironed at 150° C of heat to be forwarded to the Production Departments.
When it comes to puller, Zipsan Zipper customers are spoiled for choice. The repetition of the previously produced puller models is possible, and so are the production of specially requestes metal, plastic, tape, and leather pullers which can be manufactured in a short time to be used on the zips.
To achieve the continuation of the high quality of our products, technological advancement is closely followed, a great importance is attached to the training of the personnel and personnel who are experts in their fields are employed. Computerized MRP is used in the production process while barcode system is used for the supervision of production.
After having been checked in our Quality Control Department one by one, our products are then subjected to TSE and Teeth, Stop, Film-Band, Pin&Box, Puller-Slider and Tape tests in accordance with international and specific customer standards to determine their endurance. The resutls of these tests are meticuiously archived.
The completed and quality tested products are shipped to our customers once the necessary packaging is done Zipsan Zipper has a shipping and delivery systems, with the necessary flexibility that doesn’t interfere with the manufacturing processes of our customers. We deliver the products to our customers wherever and whenever they please.
